I really love the inpulse. I am thrilled by.the way it magnifies my breath sounds. even when I'm not using it, it makes it far essier than before to fixate on my natural breath sounds without the device and entrain anytime.

I initially had difficulty getting it adjusted a because I initially couldn't hear anything. Once I finally got it adjusted correctly, the device was everything it promised to be. When my mind wanders, inpulse brings it back to the present moment.
