Shipping Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Shipping time begins after processing. Once shipped, delivery times vary based on location. 

  • U.S. orders: 2–7 business days (based on the method you select at checkout)

  • International orders: 7–21 business days

You’ll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We occasionally offer free U.S. shipping during promotions.

Carriers
We primarily ship via USPS for domestic orders and international postal partners for international deliveries.

Delays & Exceptions
Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs processing (international orders)

  • Weather or courier disruptions

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at contact [at] inpulsemeditation [dot] com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue.

International Orders
Duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply depending on your country and are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for more info.
