Size Guide

Start with the description that sounds most like you.

  • Short: smaller frame or shorter neck. Tube about 5¾ inches.
  • Women's Regular: fits most women. Tube about 6¼ inches.
  • Men's Regular: fits most men. Tube about 6½ inches.
  • Long: larger frame or longer neck. Tube about 7 inches.

To check your fit, measure from the base of your throat, where the chamber rests, to your ear along the path the tube will follow. Choose the size whose tube is closest, allowing a little give so the tube does not pull tight. Between sizes? Choose the longer one. Men may prefer a little more room to position Inpulse below the Adam’s apple.

Adjustable fit

  • Collar: adjusts to fit neck sizes from 12 to 17 inches.
  • Tubing: in most cases your size fits comfortably out of the box. If you need more length, each size can be extended by up to about 1 inch. Contact us for guidance before adjusting the tubing.
