Inpulse is designed for a custom fit. The textile collar is universally adjustable and fits neck sizes between 12 and 17 inches. The only difference between sizes is the initial length of the acoustic tube.

Tube Length & Fit

Small: For shorter individuals or those with a shorter neck/smaller head.Tube Length: 5.5 inches (Adjustable up to 6.5 inches)

Medium (Standard): For most people (average height, average neck length). This is the best choice if you are unsure.Tube Length: 6 inches (Adjustable up to 7 inches)

Large (Pro/Tall): For taller individuals and some men (to ensure placement below the Adam's Apple).Tube Length: 7 inches (Adjustable up to 8 inches)

I’ve tried melatonin, apps, white noise, whatever. Nothing is as easy and works for me like this has. I just put it on and prop myself up. In a few minutes, I either pass out or get relaxed enough that I can take it off and have a good nights rest. Very effective for helping to sleep!
