Inpulse is designed for a custom fit.
The textile collar is universally adjustable and fits neck sizes from 12 to 17 inches. The only difference between sizes is the tube length - the distance from the base of your throat to your ears.
Choose Your Tube Length
Short
Best for shorter necks, smaller frames, or a shorter neck-to-ear distance.
Tube length: 5.5 inches, adjustable up to 6.5 inches
Regular
Best for most people. This is the safest choice if you are unsure.
Tube length: 6 inches, adjustable up to 7 inches
Long
Best for taller necks, longer neck-to-ear distance, or some men who prefer the device to sit slightly lower below the Adam’s apple.
Tube length: 7 inches, adjustable up to 8 inches

Each tube length can be extended by about 1 inch for a more customized fit.
