What is Inpulse?

How do I use Inpulse?

  • Coughing or Sneezing: Avoid using Inpulse while coughing or sneezing, as it may damage your eardrums due to the amplified sound.

I keep falling asleep while I use Inpulse, what can I do?

Falling asleep during your Inpulse session might indicate that your body needs more rest. However, it also shows you’re making great progress in learning to withdraw attention from your thoughts. Here are a few tips to help you stay alert while meditating:

  1. Sit Upright: Ensure you’re in a comfortable yet upright position. Use a cushion or pillow for support, but sit up straight to remain alert while still being relaxed.
  2. Focus on Your Breath: Concentrate intently on the sound of your breath. Observe it keenly as if you were watching someone else breathe, without trying to influence it.
  3. Take a Nap: If you still feel drowsy, consider taking a short nap. You’ll likely feel rejuvenated and more alert for your next session.

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your Inpulse experience, but if it’s not the right fit for you, we completely understand. Our goal is to make the return process as simple as possible.

Returns & Refunds

30-Day Risk-Free Trial: If Inpulse isn’t for you, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund—no hard feelings!

Condition for Returns: The product must be in like-new condition, with all original packaging and accessories included. If the device shows excessive wear or damage, we may not be able to offer a full refund.

Restocking Fee: Due to hygiene reasons, a $2 restocking fee applies to the included earbuds and will be deducted from your refund.

Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days, minus the original shipping cost and restocking fee.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
