We want you to love your Inpulse experience. But if it’s not the right fit, you can return your device within 30 days of delivery for a refund - no hard feelings.
To be eligible for a return, your Inpulse must be in like-new condition, with all original packaging and accessories included. Devices showing excessive wear or damage may not be eligible for a full refund.
🚚 Return Process
To start a return, please reply directly to your order confirmation email with your reason for return, or contact us through our Contact Us page.
Once we receive your return request, we’ll send you the return instructions and a prepaid return label.
Returns are eligible for a refund of the product cost. Original shipping charges are not refundable, and if we provide a prepaid return label, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days.
Please do not return items without first contacting us. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

If your package arrives damaged, is missing, or there is an issue with delivery, please contact us through the Contact Us page or reply to your order confirmation email as soon as possible so we can look into it.
